There are brilliant people out there right now looking for their next role, and too many of them are stuck. Not because they aren't good enough, but because of how hiring works today. You apply online, and there is a real chance no person ever reads your resume. A piece of software scores it against a list of keywords and decides whether you are worth someone's attention. Miss the right words, or have a gap on your timeline, and you can be exactly the person a team needs and still get filtered out before anyone knows you exist.

I think that is backwards, so I built Vouched. On every episode, someone who has worked with the guest puts their name behind them and tells the world why, out loud and in public, where a recruiter can actually hear it. Sometimes that person is me. More often it is a former manager or colleague who reached out because they wanted to stake their reputation on someone great. And every guest pays it forward by vouching for the next person. I also ask each guest a few questions, so a recruiter or hiring manager can get a real feel for their subject matter expertise and their personality. It is a referral with the volume turned up. You cannot keyword-search for character, but the people who have worked alongside you can.

I am a customer success and loyalty leader with close to a decade leading enterprise customer success, built on a foundation in loyalty program delivery. I own retention, renewals, and expansion across enterprise portfolios, build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, and run account planning and executive business reviews as a discipline. I am a systems thinker, able to see how the parts of a business connect and where they break, and I am technically fluent enough to keep delivery honest and protect the client. My lane is customer success, not engineering.
